This interactive kiosk was designed for Campus Crusade for Christ, a Christian non-profit organization. It was positioned in the lobby of the organization’s head office, designed to give an overview of the ministry’s work on the Jesus Film Project, an ambitious effort with the goal of translating the biblically accurate Jesus film into every language worldwide. We used Macromedia Director to build the presentation. In those days, the use of video was in its infancy and presented many challenges as computers were not generally fast enough yet to display full-screen video but we managed to make it work effectively by applying sophisticated compression techniques.
