Ad of the Week October 3, 2012

In light of the map software issues that have been on everyone’s mind lately (don’t ask how annoyed I am with the Apple Map fail), today’s Ad of the Week brings you an innovative ad series from Singapore for a new service/website/app that lets you quickly find restaurants based on your location and your taste du jour. Not every ad works as well as the lobster, because some of the origami creations were a little hard to read. Still a great campaign. Fresh and creative, the series gets the point across without needing any copy. And makes you hungry in the process.

About the Ad of the Week

Millions of new ads are crafted around the world every day. A handful are worthy of attention. Of those, a small selection are the source of inspiration and insight for others. George looks for ads with special qualities. These might stand out because of a great concept, art direction, photography, or some other element setting them apart from the others. A new one is posted every week.
